Yves Saint Laurent Haute Couture Wool Jacket Spring 1970

This is a once in a lifetime find especially considering the era. Numbered 26325 which places it in the earlier part of Yves Saint Laurent's career.

A beautiful wool gabardine fabric circa Spring 1970 cut to perfection in a jacket that is a clear precursor to the 1971 Scandal jackets that featured heavy 40s inspirations with patch pockets and extreme lapels.

Jacket is lined in silk and all the handwork of the seamstress is beautifully on display. In excellent vintage condition.

Will fit a UK 8/10, French 36/38.
